Jack Fullen joined Beacon in 2005. He brings an extensive background in electronic funds transfer, payments automation and bank operations. As President and Chief Executive Officer he is responsible for Beacon’s overall strategy, business development, and profitability.

Prior to joining Beacon, Jack held senior leadership roles with MoneyGram, Inc. (formerly Travelers Express, Inc.) and Directo, Inc. At MoneyGram he served as Vice President, General Manager and led the company to record growth in agent remittance automation and payment transaction volume. As Executive Vice President of Directo, Fullen was instrumental in reshaping the growth strategy to financial institutions which enabled the company to establish a leadership position within the payroll debit card market.

Fullen has more than 25 years management experience in the bank services and payments systems industry. He has a strong background in EFT and back office automation for banks and credit unions. In 1993, Jack founded Transaction Management Associates, an electronic payments processing company targeting the non-profit segment. Fullen is a frequent industry speaker and is an active participant in several community initiatives.
