alliance with Intuit, Inc. (Nasdaq: INTU) that allows Beacon’s community financial institution customers to down load current banking
account information into Quicken Personal Finance Software and QuickBooks Business Finance Software automatically, eliminating the
need for consumer and business customers to manually enter transaction data. As a result, consumers can save time, improve accuracy,
and better manage their complete financial picture using the best-selling personal and business finance software.
Through this new relationship with Intuit, Beacon is offering their customers and end-users the convenience of downloading their account
statements directly into Quicken and QuickBooks using Open Financial Exchange (OFX), the industry standard for the exchange of electronic
financial information over the Internet. With this connectivity, downloading statement and transaction information into Quicken and
QuickBooks can be done in minutes using Quicken’s One-Step Update feature, or done automatically using Quicken’s Scheduled Updates feature.
